The story plays within the subtle interplay of principles and beliefs that started in the greediness of Leo Valderama (Christopher De Leon).
On the premiere episode last March 12, 2012 Leo was prompted by a feud in his hometown which had made him adopt the determination to fight for a mountain which his uncle believed to be a gold mine and could help him fund his campaign to fight against Saguirres.
Leo was about to buy the mountain from the owner but unfortunately he came late and a farmer named Luis was the one who buys the land first. Leo was hardly keeping his conviction on Luis to sell the mountain to him and claims that he will use it for the benefit of the people but Luis says he don`t care and he strongly disagree to sell it to Leo despite whatever reasons Leo had because Luis claims that it was on the ownership of his ancestors way back years ago. .......
